Tomorrow, 04-12-2010, is Yom HaShoah, or Holocaust Remembrance Day.
Throughout the world Jewish people will be holding services in remembrance of the tragedy of the Holocaust. Some will show movies and documentaries about the holocaust, some will hear stories from survivors, other will read from a special megillah to remember the day, and some still will just take a few moments from their day to remember all who suffered blamelessly.

In Israel, at 10am on Yom HaShoah, sirens sounds for two-three minutes all over Israel. Wherever you are, whatever your doing, everyone stops. It is an incredibly sobering and moving thing to witness.

Here is a link to the video of six survivors speaking about their experiences.

Wherever you are at today, take a few moments to clear your mind of everything that is there, and remember six million human beings, that for no other reason than who they were, were killed. Also it may be a good time to thank Hashem for the blessings of your family and your home.
"It is undesirable to believe a proposition when there is no ground whatsoever for supposing it is true."
--Bertrand Russell-- (1872 - 1970)

"Great spirits have often encountered violent opposition from weak minds." - Albert Einstein
